The Better Business Board is returning to Southport this November, after the initial event proved to be a big success.

Following positive feedback, the second Better Business Board will take place at the Waterfront Southport Hotel on the Promenade, Southport, PR9 0DZ between 9am and 12noon on Wednesday 18th November 2026.
It will offer another practical morning designed to uncover the hidden gaps that could be costing your business time, money and growth.

Bev Howard from BOSS Consulting said:
“The Better Business Board was a success in September – so much so we are running a second event this November.
“The success of our first The Better Business Board seminar was fantastic, with delegates describing the event as brilliant, informative, well-structured and genuinely useful.
“Our aim was to give business owners greater clarity around three key areas of their business, marketing, operations and HR. We also helped them better understand where to focus their attention and what steps they could take next.
“The feedback has confirmed just how valuable it is to bring these areas together, giving delegates a clearer picture of how the different parts of a business work alongside one another.
“Following such positive feedback, we’re delighted to be hosting our next seminar in November, where we’ll introduce a new sales-focused segment alongside marketing, operations and HR.
“We’re looking forward to building on the success of the first event and helping more business owners gain the clarity, confidence and practical insight they need to move their businesses forward.”
At The Better Business Board you’ll assess your business across critical areas, identify where the biggest opportunities and risks lie, and leave with practical tools and a clear set of priorities you can start acting on immediately.
